The International Bank of Luxembourg asked us to evaluate their maturity on DevOps and Agile practices, then to deploy a training plan in synergy with their internal Academy. Our first pedagogical challenge was to support growing Product Owners in their new roles.
We decided to build a unique training content for BIL according to the features of Product Owners in order to be as close as possible from their operational work. We also included immersive workshops in their office to directly work on their backlog and visual management boards.
We have trained 30 Product Owners from different teams on Backlog, Business Value and Priorisation, with a 0 slide approach and workshops only concentrated on their daily reality.
